New Construction Neighborhood in Queen Creek
There’s no shortage of homes springing up in Queen Creek. New neighborhoods can be found on all sides of the town — in varying stages of development. But one community that’s getting lots of attention is Fulton Homes’ Barney Farms on the north side of Queen Creek near Queen Creek Road and Signal Butte.
The farm-themed Barney Farms will span more than 500 acres and feature 1,700 homes of varying price points.
Barney Farms will offer:

Known for its official agritainment (agriculture plus entertainment) designation, Queen Creek’s zoning requirements allow for land use that supports and enhances agricultural use in the town — open space, natural resource management, outdoor recreation and scenic beauty, with thoughtfully planned commercial and residential uses.
The first and second phases of Barney Farms, Meadows and Groves, will offer single-story plans, with up to six bedrooms and four baths.
Meadows
